Dear Rick and Staff,
Due to Otis's passing on May 28, 2008, we want you and the staff to know you made his life better. The dog training, day care, and boarding with his firends added to his socialization. Otis became exactly what we wanted and he was a great companion. In time maybe we will have another dog. Thanks for the care from April, 1997 through May 21, 2008 (Otis's last day care).
Warmest Regards - Bill and Ann

Rick,
When we came to your dog training classes, my husband and I had decided
that you were our last hope. If your dog training classes did not help our out of control lab, we were going to find him a new home. We were so
tired of the digging, running away, disobedience and hyperactivity.
During the first class, your orientation, I began to feel hopeful. You
were so confident of the ability to help us correct our dog, MoJo, that I
began to feel confident as well. By the THIRD CLASS, MoJo was a new dog!
It was amazing to watch the transformation taking place in our dog as well
as ourselves. You helped us recognize the mistakes we were making and
helped us understand the cause of his biggest behavior problems. Our bond
with MoJo began to grow and he started becoming a bigger part of our
family. We finally feel like we have the family pet we have always
wanted. Our only regret is that we wish we had come to you sooner! Thank
you for restoring our relationship.
Sincerely,
Phil, Garnet and MoJo Gilmore

Four Part Testimonial
Part 1 - Tina recommended that I contact you regarding my 8 month old German Shorthair Pointer. Is it possible to set up a consultation? I believe he is what is known as a reactive dog. I have enrolled him in a group class and although I know he needs socialization he is disruptive to the class. He doesn't knowanything! Thanks! Karen
Part 2 - I am in awe! One hour with you has turned things around for Bud and me. They even asked if he was the same dog at the vet's today. The classes I was taking him to before coming to you just weren't working for him. You've made the difference between my probabley having to give Bud up and being able to keep him. I can't wait to see what he can do when we start the group class! Thanks so much! Karen
Part 3 - Just wanted to give you an update on Bud. We went shopping at Pet Paradise one night this week and in the words of the owner, "Bud was a perfect gentleman." There were no other dogs in the store at the time but there were 4 people. No barking, no growling, no pulling. He still pulls outdoors and when I pop him he sometimes yelps and tries to keepgoing. It sometimes takes several pops and yelps before I get hisattention. He is doing so much better!
Part 4 - Hi Rick! Just wanted to let you know that Bud has amazed someone yet again
by the change in him since he started your classes. My sister had not seen
Bud since I first got him. She and her husband visited me last night and Bud
was in his crate when we entered the house. He remained quiet and calm
while we entered the house and she and I entered the room he is crated in.
She asked if he would bark and informed me that if he did she would probably
scream. (She is afraid of big dogs and remembered her last experience with
Bud.) I instructed her not to look at Bud and to act as if he wasn't there.
We stood and talked quietly for a few minutes and then left the room. Bud
remained calm. Previously he would have been barking and growling. They
remained in the living room while I let Bud out as I needed to take him
outside and then feed him. When we came back in the house I fed Bud and he
ate and then of course wanted to check them out. I told my sister to remain
standing and not to look directly at Bud and not try to touch him but to let
him approach her and sniff her. Both of them managed to remain calm! When
my sister and her husband were leaving she commented that Bud didn't bark or
growl at them once. She also called the change in him remarkable and said
she could hardly believe he was the same dog! Many thanks!
